About Us

Who are we?

We are a group of more than 100 volunteers — people raised on these lands, looking to the future with hope, and believing that 20 years from now the Republic of Türkiye has the potential to be among the world’s top 10 countries. Drawing on our different experiences and our international knowledge base, we brought together 92 Proposals that can carry our country forward by acting with shared reason and imagination. To seize the opportunities ahead of Türkiye, we identified our proposals through a data-driven, long-term, and constructive approach. With these proposals, we aim to contribute to the development of strategies that will move Türkiye to where it deserves to be. On the 92nd anniversary of the Republic, we want to walk into the future with 92 Proposals.

What is 92 Proposals?

92 Proposals is a project developed by Capital Turkish Connections (CTC) — an independent think-and-do organisation with no political or commercial agenda — together with more than 100 volunteers who are experts in their fields and who care about Türkiye’s future across the world. CTC enables data-driven dialogue and project development between experts and decision-makers on developments in Türkiye and foreign policy. CTC’s first project, dedicated to the 92nd anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye, is “92 Proposals for a Better Türkiye.”

92 Proposals was prepared over more than one year. Its core principle is to be independent and constructive, with no ties to politics. The aim is to open the way — to present to political actors and civil society a roadmap for rapid and effective development through bold first steps. 92 Proposals puts forward recommendations for building social, economic, and political institutions that are inclusive, strengthen the foundational values of democracy, give all stakeholders a voice, and place good governance at the centre. The goal is to ensure that Türkiye ranks among the world’s top 10 countries in the next 20 years.

Our Vision

The core principle of 92 Proposals, which has no ties to politics, is to be independent and constructive. The aim is to open the way: to chart the route to rapid and effective development through bold first steps and present it to political actors and civil society. 92 Proposals seeks to build social, economic, and political institutions that are inclusive, strengthen the fundamental values of democracy, give all stakeholders a voice, and place good governance at the centre.

Our Goal
